Second co-authored friluftsliv article accepted for journal publication

I have been notified that the article "Friluftsliv in therapeutic residential care: Taking adolescents out to find a way in", which I have co-authored with Joakim Jiri Haaland, has been accepted for publication.

Elected as member of UHR-Helse og sosial working committee 2022-26

Today, at the second day of the annual unit meeting of UHR-Helse og sosial, I have been elected as a member of the working committee of UHR-Helse og sosial for the period 2022-2026.

The second edition of Ex.Phil. for sosialfag, edited by me (496 pp.), is in these days being published by Universitetsforlaget. The first copies are now said to have arrived. It will be on sale within a week.

Master students´ research seminar attended

Today I have attended parts of the master students´ research seminar at Department of social studies, including the presentation of the plans for the master thesis of Linn Tjøtta, whom I am supervising.

Visit to University of Sussex´s Department of social work and social care work

Today, on a staff trip with University of Stavanger´s Department of social studies, I have visited University of Sussex and its Department of social work and social care work.
