Selection panel of the Annual Biosemiotic Achievement Award appointed

The selection panel of the Annual Biosemiotic Achievement Award (see statutes) has now been appointed. Initially it counts the following members: Izabela Witkowska (Springer), Karel Kleisner (appointed by the Editors-in-Chief of Biosemiotics) and Don Favareau (appointed by the International Society for Biosemiotic Studies (ISBS)).

The first award will be given to author(s) of an article in the 2015 volume (nos. 1, 2, 3) of Biosemiotics. The winner will be announced in Biosemiotics #1/2016 and on the ISBS webpage.
