Yesterday I nominated myself as a possible Scientific Reviewer for GEO-5, the 5th edition of Global Environmental Outlook, which is published by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
The scientific review process is coordinated by the Earth System Science partnership (ESSP).
I am interested in reviewing some or all of the following chapters:
I/1 Drivers and Pressures of the Global Environment
I/5 Biodiversity
I/8 Overview of progress towards meeting internationally agreed goals
II/11 Options for Europe
II/12 Options for Latin America and the Caribbean
III/16 Scenarios & Transformative Change
III/17 Global Responses
The review of the second draft of GEO-5 will take place September 26 - October 17.
