Yesterday and today I have had half a writing day, #17 this Autumn, with some feedback given on others´ text constributions to Mars and the Earthlings, and final editing of my forthcoming article "Wasted GDP in the USA", which has now been accepted in principle for publication in Humanities & Social Sciences Communications.

Title of article with Joakim Jiri Haaland; to be made available for feedback
My article co-written with Joakim Jiri Haaland, whose ph.d. I supervise, is now titled "“Learning to fly again” – What children in care`s friluftsliv experiences tell us about the guidance they need to experience joyful leisure" (Joakim is first author, I am second author). A draft of the article is to be be made available for feedback tomorrow ahead of a midway seminar (50% seminar) in relation to Joakim´s ph.d. which will take place at Universiy of Stavanger´s Department of social studies on March 6th.

Grade C on ERC Consolidator application
I have received feedback from ERC panel and 5 reviewers for my ERC Consolidator application "Assessing human and animal welfare in the Anthropocene" (AHAWELL). The overall grade was C. I was deemed to be everything from "non-competitive" to "good" and "excellent" (though mostly non-competitive).

Six more students advised; plus ten by email
Today I have given feedback on bachelor thesis project drafts to six more bachelor students in child welfare at University of Stavanger´s Department of social studies. I have also given feedback on ten project drafts by email. This brings the total up to 21.

Feedback on bachelor thesis outlines given to 10 more students, 34 in total
Today I have given feedback to 10 more students at University of Stavanger´s Department of social studies on their outlines of project description for bachelor thesis in child welfare (half an hour each). In total I have given feedback to 34 students this week - today´s supervision concludes this work.
