Letter to the editor on green growth

Yesterday I had a letter to the editor published in the regional Norwegian daily Fædrelandsvennen, "Spørsmål til Venstre om vekst" [Questions to Social Liberal Party on growth], where I refer to my academic article "The statistician´s guide to Utopia: The future of growth".

Lecture on green economics/the future of growth in Kristiansand 23/2

Tomorrow I will give a brief lecture/introductory talk on "Grønn økonomi - Visjoner og muligheter" [Green economics - Visions and possibilities] at a seminar/theme night organised by The Green Party in Kristiansand, Norway, along with André Tribbensee. My talk will be based on my 2008 article "The statistician´s guide to Utopia: The future of growth".

Second guide to Utopia revised

Yesterday I revised my forthcoming article "Statistikerens guide til utopia II: En demografisk analyse av øko-visjoner om befolkningsnedgang i det tredje årtusen" [The statistician's guide to utopia II: A demographic analysis of eco-visions of population decline in the third millennium]. Among other things I added six figures, one for each table.

This last night I finished the academic article "Statistikerens guide til utopia II: En demografisk analyse av øko-visjoner om befolkningsnedgang i det tredje årtusen" [The statistician's guide to utopia II: A demographic analysis of eco-visions of population decline in the third millennium], which is to be published early in 2014 (in Norwegian). The first "statistician's guide to utopia" was devoted to the topic of the future of economic growth.

This Friday I wrote an abstract titled "Statistikerens guide til utopia II: En demografisk analyse av øko-visjoner om befolkningsnedgang i det tredje årtusen" [The statistician's guide to utopia II: A demographic analysis of eco-visions of population decline in the third millennium], for a Festschrift to Professor Guri Larsen and two colleagues (University of Oslo). The article will be a follow-up to my 2008 article "The statistician's guide to utopia: The future of growth".
