Today I have had half a book writing day, with work done in relation to the page proofs of my forthcoming book with Bloomsbury Academic, Carbon Capture and the Future of Environmentalism. This brings the number of writing days this Autumn up to 14 including 9,5 book writing days.

Today I have been interviewed by Federico Comollo (online) along with Michael Marder, on our basic understanding of life. A written version will hopefully appear at some point next year.

Third Ex.phil. lecture

Today I have given the third lecture this semester in Ex.phil. at the University of Stavanger´s Department of psychology (SVEXPHIL-IP) for bachelor and one-year students in psychology. The topic was theory of science.

Today I have had an extra book writing day, with work done in relation to the page proofs of my forthcoming book with Bloomsbury Academic, Carbon Capture and the Future of Environmentalism. This brings the number of writing days this Autumn up to 13 including 8,5 book writing days.

Council for animal ethics meeting partially attended

Today I attended most of the digital meeting of Norway´s Council for animal ethics (though I missed out on the first 75 minutes or so of the meeting due to teaching duties).

First Ex.phil. seminar

Today I have given the first seminar this semester in Ex.phil. at the University of Stavanger´s Department of psychology (SVEXPHIL-IP) for bachelor and one-year students in psychology. Activities included repetition, Q&A on issues in epistemology, and excercises in critical thinking through discussions and analysis of a recorded discussion. Altogether some 100 students attended, over two seminar runs.
