Annual performance appraisal and work planning

Today I have had my annual performance appraisal in relation to my employment as Professor of philosophy at University of Stavanger´s Department of social studies. This included work planning for the academic year 2026-27.

4 meetings, 2 job interviews

Today I have attended 4 scheduled meetings and 2 job interviews. The meetings included the first "general meeting" (allmøte) at the department, about this years development interview which will commence in about 2 weeks. The meeting was attended by 36 people including those attending digitally.
