Today I have had an article writing day devoted to my second wasted growth article, which I today renamed "Wasted growth and inequality in human development: USA vs. the Nordic countries", with some 400 words added to the text and a table researched and composed. I also tentatively defined inequality-adjusted wasted and wasteful growth. Total number of writing days this Autumn is up to 27,5.
