Some time back I responded, upon invitation, to an interesting survey on attitude to economic growth. I have now received a draft paper by Stefan Drews og Jeroen C.J.M. van den Bergh, entitled "Scientists’ views on economic growth and the environment: The role of research fields, expertise, and ideology", which sums up the survey findings.
