Hearing statement on open science composed

Two days ago I composed the hearing statement of Faculty of social sciences on the University of Stavanger´s new policy for open science (brief comments to the recommendations of a working group).

Forum for forskning restarted - first event November 5th

I am involved in organizing a Forum for forskning event at University of Stavanger Tuesday November 5th. This is the first event under that name for two years, and represents a restart of Forum for forskning, in collaboration with 3 other UIS faculties.

A seminar and a meeting

Today I have attended the University of Stavanger´s annual Phd candidate - supervisor seminar, with the theme Open Science and Predatory journals, at Scandic forum hotel. I have also attended a appointments committee meeting in relation to the position as Head of department at Norwegian School of Hotel Management.
