11 plus 3 explanations for grading given

Today, on my last work day before summer holidays, and on my way back from the ISQOLS 2024 conference in Malaysia, I have given explanation for grading to 11 students in the bachelor course in law and ethics I have been involved in, and to 3 students in the master course in environmental psychology.

35 ethics answers graded

I have over the last few days taken part in the grading of 35 exam papers in the University of Stavanger´s bachelor in psychology course in law and ethics, along with course coordinator Eva Næsheim, with responsibility for the ethics answer, which was one of four assignments.

3 hours of seminar teaching

Today I have been teaching for 3 hours. First I gave a 1-hour digital seminar in the department´s master course in environmental psychology, the topic was ecology and lifeworld. Then, straight after, I gave a physical 2-hour seminar in the department´s bachelor course in law and ethics, for bachelor students in psychology, focussed on occupational ethics and summary of the ethics teaching in the course. This concludes my teaching in both courses this Spring.

Fifth and final ethics lecture

Today I have given what has turned out to be the fifth and last lecture in ethics in the University of Stavanger course "Lovgivning og etikk". The focus was occupational ethics in the context of psychology, and the ethics of coercion.

Second ethics seminar in BPS330

Today I gave the second ethics seminar in the course "Lovgivning og etikk" as part of the bachelor in psychology at University of Stavanger´s Department of social studies. The seminar was focused on the ethics task in the folder exam in the course. Attendance was compulsory, so turnout was good (85%).

This week I have given feedback to 34 or so students on an ethics exam task in the course "Lovgivning og etikk" (BPS330), as part of the folder exam (mappeeksamen) in the course.

6 hours of teaching on ethics

Today, after 4 years without teaching, I have touch for 6 hours (2 lectures and 1 seminar) in the course "Lovgivning og etikk" (Law and ethics), which is part of the bachelor in psychology at University of Stavanger. Some 25 students attended at the most.
