Google Scholar: Half-year update

According to Google Scholar (cf. my profile) my research has to date, halfway through the year, attracted 1.407 citations (+3 since June 13th). This includes 63 citations so far in 2025 (+3 since June 13th). My h-index remains 21 and my i10-index 42.

By 31st of December 2024, half a year ago, I had 1251 citations, meaning that 156 citations have been registered by Google Scholar since then. At that point my h-index was 20 and my i10-index 38, these have since increased by +1 and +4 respectively. I surpassed 1.300 citations in January and 1.400 citations in mid-June.

Over the last half year, the book Semiotic agency: Science beyond mechanism which I co-authored with Alexei Sharov, has reached 100 citations, as my second text to do so, and replaced my 2009 article "Umwelt transitions: Uexküll and environmental change" as my most cited text.
