Kazakhstan Center seeking peer-reviewers

I have received an email from The National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation (NCSTE), Kazakhstan, where I am invited to review research applications for 250 USD a piece. However, the deadline indicated is only 2 days per proposal, which is not enough given my usual, quite busy work schedule.
